a, Check to see if the magazine is fully loaded.
b, Check to see if the magazine is fully wound.
c, Check to see if the magazine is fully seated into the receiver. It should click when fully seated.
d, Remove the magazine and check if the magazine is jammed or gun barrel is jammed.
