All Classic Army products, to gain the warranty coverage Proof of purchase / order details ; from our Classic Army Official Online Shop HK*.

Our warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects. If your product is determined to have such a defect by our technicians, CLASSIC ARMY HK will repair or, at its option, replace the product free of charge. Customers are responsible for shipping charges when they are returning any Items so return shipping will NOT be covered by CLASSIC ARMY Official Online Shop HK.

All returns, for any reason, must returned with original item packaging, instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories that were included with the item when it was first delivered to you.

The internal parts warranty coverage is available to get you replacement parts to get you operational again. But this must not be abuse or it will be removed, so a stream of spare parts is not an option.

This warranty will also not cover the following:

Any product that is not brought and shipped by CLASSIC ARMY Official Online Shop HK*

Damage or malfunctions caused by inappropriate use or mishandling of the product.

Damage or malfunctions caused by the use of old, unpolished, or non-recommended bb’s or damaged batteries in the Airsoft guns.

Damage or malfunctions resulting from negligence or unlawful criminal participation.

Accidents arising from any modification or non-approved repair, opening, or failure to follow the instructions supplied with each product.

Any modifications done to the original factory model of the product.

Damage to product or packaging due to shipping.

Any item lost in the mail will NOT be responsible by Classic Army or loss due to theft or misplacement.

Please note : Customer provides a valid receipt or order number. (Otherwise we only provide limited services.)
Customer provides the model number and full history of the model.
Customer provides the parts number, if possible. Parts numbers can be found from your instruction manual at explosive page or you can download from our website
Customer provides the photo of requesting model, issue or parts. (If requested)

Our liability is only limited to the repair or replacement, at our discretion, of any defective product and will not include any incidental or consequential commercial or property damages of any kind, as well as incidental or consequential injury or death.
*Although our warranty does not cover Classic Army items that are brought from other official or un-official re-sellers (in which case, contact them first) we are still here to help with advice and parts if others cannot. Although note all above restrictions still stand, returning shipping cost incurred are still not covered. And again our liability is only limited to the repair or replacement, at our discretion.

Also please note as we are a manufacturer with a long history of innovation and evolution, there is a natural progression of technologies and upgrades. For example a model 10 years ago may have had body markings and 6mm bushings, they may now be produced with 9mm bearing bushings and different markings.
